Does the Yoplait Whipped "mousse" count as yogurt? And what foods Boost Metabolism?
I hate yogurt but found this key lime pie one I like from Yoplait. I saw it said it's a mousse though. So is it not yogurt? I'm trying to like yogurt because I know it boosts metabolism.
Also, what other foods boost metabolism? The ones I know of are: Green Tea, blueberries, spinach, tomatoes, walnuts, yogurt...is there anything else?
