How much protein should I consume for someone 155 lbs?
I'm 27, 5'8 and I weigh 155lbs. My BF% is about 15%. I want to add muscle but reduce my bodyfat to around 10-13%. How much protein should I consume? I do cardio everyday burning about 500 calories per day and I lift weights regularly.
You need to consume 1 gram of protein per bodyweight. So 155 grams of protein. Make sure that its a mix of Protein Powder, and protein rich foods, such as tuna. A good protein is Optimium 100% whey protein. Its 22 grams of protein per serving and its low cost and has many good flavors.
