Is this a good daily Vitamin diet? Tell me your thoughts...?

Okay, with food of course, I take these vitamins daily.

1) Super B-complex (the milligrams vary depending on which B vitamin it mentions....)
2) Fish Oil (Omega-3 and Omega-6) 1000mg
3) Vitamin C 1000mg
4) Ginseng complex with Royal Jelly 300mg

5) Valerian root 530mg ( I take this vitamin before bed)

Oh yeah, I'm a 21 year old female, I'm currently 170 pounds and I'm 5"1'. I'm trying to start exercising and get my life on track, too!!

No multi- vitamin? No food enzymes?

Plus in my herbalist classes- we learnt to use valerian root for short periods of time- not long....just don't over use it. Try possibly finding something a bit less strong and only use valerian root when needed.

And as for your vitamin C- you can only digest 500 mg at a time- so if possible cut them in half and take one in the morning and one in the evening if You Want a total of 1000mg for some reason. You're just wasting half your money by taking it all at the same time. It won't hurt you- but your body just can't digest all of it.

Your routine should be working with everything you have to deal with- without anymore history etc. it's hard to tell. gl
