alot of family members and friends said theyve used it, they said it works, but some have said that once you stop using it, you will gain the weight back. my mom said that you will gain the weight back if you dont watch what you eat and you dont exercise after you stop drinking it. Is this true, should i exercise and whatch what i eat after i stop drinking it or when im happy with my body. Whats your opinion. Im not overweight.
